Harps Pharmacies trained their team in October 2015 and launched the MTM The Future Today protocol on November 1, 2015. Harps is a regional chain of 35 grocery store pharmacies in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. They trained all of their pharmacists and a pharmacy technician from each pharmacy using this program. Without adding any additional pharmacist or pharmacy technician hours, they were able to generate significant results using MTM The Future Today.
