Learn how to effectively implement MTM services in your community pharmacy, decrease time preparing for services, increase reimbursements, decrease DIR fees, and incorporate pharmacy technicians into the MTM process!
"MTM The Future Today allowed our very busy pharmacy to implement a streamlined process for providing timely and accurate MTM services to our patients. In a collaborative effort between pharmacists and technicians, we have effectively tripled the number of CMR/MTM services provided by our pharmacy. I highly recommend this program and specifically Nikki Scott to help train your pharmacy to reach and surpass your MTM goals. This program has played an integral role in increasing our adherence rates and has, in turn, helped with patient satisfaction and customer loyalty."
-Krista Michael Bartlett Ross, Pharm.D.

LIVE COURSE NOTICE:
In the post-COVID world, virtual training has become necessary and very useful. HOWEVER, we are now offering in-person seminars again and encourage everyone to attend in-person! We all know the difference between counseling a patient over the phone and counseling face-to-face. That same concept applies to this CE, so we would love to see you in-person if you are able!
